Construction and site management
Civil construction, site supervision and project management in Mauritius
Reinforced concrete works, extensions, slabs and foundations, trade coordination and day-to-day site supervision. One contractor accountable for concrete and steel, from setting out to handover.
Many projects combine concrete and steel: an extension with a sheeted roof, a warehouse on a new slab, a canopy whose bases must be cast before the columns go up. Maureo takes on the civil works and the coordination of the site, so you have one contractor accountable for the result rather than several to chase.
In practice: foundations, slabs, reinforced concrete columns and beams, blockwork, then management of the other trades (electrical, plumbing, tiling, joinery) against a maintained programme with regular progress reports. For corporate clients we issue the RAMS, provide daily site supervision with a named contact, and act as single point of responsibility for the civil and steel packages.
The method does not change: a site visit to understand the ground and the brief, a detailed quote within 5 days with clearly separated packages, mobilisation on receipt of the deposit, and a site followed by a single point of contact through to handover. We work alongside your architect and engineer, across the whole of Mauritius from Goodlands.

Frequently asked questions
Do you offer full project management?
We coordinate and supervise the trades on site and manage the programme. Design and permit applications remain with the architect, whom we work with directly.
Can I contract you for the civil works only?
Yes. Foundations, slab and structure can be quoted on their own and you keep control of the rest. Many clients then come back to us for the roof or the gate.
What is a RAMS and when do you issue it?
The risk assessment and method statement describes how we will work on your site and the hazards we control. We issue it before mobilising for clients who require it and revise it if the scope changes.
How do you report progress?
Our team is on site, maintains the programme and sends progress reports with photos. Any decision affecting cost or time is approved by you before it is carried out.
Who handles the building permit?
Your architect or yourself, with the local authority. We do not file applications, but we supply the construction information the application needs.
