Steel bollards and installation on a Moroil industrial site
Steel protection bollards fabricated, galvanised and painted, then installed on an operating Moroil industrial site in coordination with the site manager and within agreed access windows.
On an industrial site such as Moroil's, bollards protect installations and people from vehicle and plant movements. The client needed robust, highly visible bollards and an installation that would not disrupt operations.
We fabricated the bollards in steel tube, had them hot-dip galvanised and then coated in safety colour. The fixing method was confirmed on site according to the ground, and the installation was scheduled with the site manager so that each area was worked on in the agreed window.
The project is representative of our industrial metalwork: items prepared in the workshop, a short and organised intervention on a live site, and one contractor responsible from survey to handover.
