The owner of this villa in the north of the island wanted a clean, watertight sheeted roof with no surprises on the budget. Our team surveyed the roof planes and checked the condition of the frame, then issued an itemised quote.
We supplied and fixed the profiled sheeting with self-drilling screws and sealed washers, followed by the accessories: ridge capping, barge flashings, wall aprons, gutters and downpipes. Sheet laps were oriented against the prevailing wind to limit water ingress.
The roof was handed over with the client at the end of the works, with a walk-through of the fixings and detail points. It is a typical example of the job we do most often for homeowners.
